2:11 a.m.,: "Serious Summer Business"

Okay, first off, itinerary.

1) Get a summer job. FAST.

2) Have fun at 21st birthday, but don't get piss-face drunk.

3) BLEACH Shinigami sandals ("waraji") - I know how to make them, I just need the time and resources. Resources will probably be Lowe's or something. Probably gift for girlfriend?

4) Take some time off so I can see my girlfriend sometime this summer.

5) Finish Tash's commission. Inking, coloring, and background if I have the energy left.

6) Finish mapping out the plot and story arcs and characters of my fencing manga idea. That's right - FENCING manga. I'm going to write the story of a Japanese-style comic about western swordplay. (They have fencers in Japan too - it's just not as popular as Kendou.)

7) Finish raising my Pokemon dream team! Bwahahaha!

8) Exercise. I need to be fitter by the time the next semester rolls around!

9) Learn to knit/cook - I need something to do with my hands, and I've already got a little bit of progress on both.

10) Finish re-assembling/modding my Nerf guns.


Secondly, not much progress has been made on itinerary points 1, 3, and 7-10.

I HAVE been working on the characters and plot of my fencing manga though. The manga's name is "Allez, Fence!" (exclamation mark included), and its main character is, astonishingly, not a Mary Sue. Well, it is a girl: her name is Nagato Hiromi. The manga itself is beginning to turn into a cross of "Ouran High School Host Club" and "Eyeshield 21," the former being a semi-shoujo about a girl mistaken for a boy, and the latter being a high school football shounen manga featuring a small but very fast runningback. There will be romance! There will be rivals! There will be special techniques! There will be an unfortunate amount of cameos by my friends! There will NOT be any Yaoi, catboys, or inter-team relations, so [CENSORED] you, shippers.

...And, uh, I can't exactly have my birthday when it's not my birthday. ^_^;; Huh, it's exactly a week from today.

As for exercise, I was, but then my stomache got cramped from all the sit-ups and crunches I put myself through in a single day. T_T It's not fair, that's where I need to get rid of the most weight... Also, I need arm and wrist strength for the Hollow cosplay I've been planning.

EDIT: Oh yeah! One more thing: I don't have a car. I'm not getting one for my birthday either... turns out I'll be borrowing my brother's car for the next few semesters? Ugh.
